Eric miller

Eric Miller is CEO and partner of CAREER DISCOVERY. He and his wife, Jessica, started CAREER DISCOVERY to assist the individuals in their community who have various barriers towards employment achieve their employment goals. Prior to starting CAREER DISCOVERY, Eric’s path was less traditional than most. After obtaining his B.A. from Gustavus Adolphus College, he moved in and out of various industries looking to find a path that would be as fulfilling as it was rewarding. His path in 2007 led him to creating training plans designed to help dislocated workers regain employment in their desired fields. After 3 years of offering those services, he moved towards assisting HR departments with their recruitment and retention goals. From there he decided to share the tools he had gained with people who have various disabilities in hopes of helping them find their strengths and obtain their employment goals.
