Meet and Greet

This is designed to create an opportunity for individuals who are being served to meet with CAREER DISCOVERY LLC to discuss the Customized Employment process in depth prior to deciding if CAREER DISCOVERY LLC is a partner they would like to work with. This will be an opportunity for the individual and her/his family to ask questions, get feedback, and set expectations to help ensure everyone involved is “on the same page.” This service has been added to “do a little extra” to help ensure that families are working with personalities that fit their needs, and expectations are set early in the process to help the team reach their employment goals. This service will be free of charge, and ideally would take place on a date other than the intake to give the individual time to process the information; however, a tentative intake meeting could be scheduled if the individual, her/his family, and the counselor chooses to do so. CAREER DISCOVERY LLC plans to “Submit the Intent to Survey” for these services, and all of the services listed below once CAREER DISCOVERY LLC has gathered the appropriate information requested for the CARF standards.
