Career Discovery will focus many of its resources on the services provided and build partnerships that will provide most of the PBA needs due to the Metro market being fortunate enough to have a surplus in PBA providers. Career Discovery will leave the door open to bringing staff aboard to focus on these needs if the market requires or requests it down the road.
